Whether your delivery needs require shipping via sea, land, air or rail, Home Energy Solutions, LLC. utilizes the best means of transportation such as: United Parcel Service • United States Postal Service • FedEx • Roadway Express, and a variety of qualified national, regional and international carriers to ensure the best possible means of delivery. This enables us to accommodate your special delivery needs with ease…such as inside delivery, overnight and second day service, 24 hour call prior to delivery, shipping to multiple locations or whatever special services you may require. All shipping costs on this site are predicated upon delivery within the Continental USA. Shipping and handling rates are calculated when items are added to your cart. This method provides you a shipping quote based on your selection. If you prefer to receive a shipping & handling quote using a phone, please consult a sales representative for your specific delivery requirements and cost.
PROMPT
SHIPPING
Orders for in-stock items will be
shipped within two business days. This does not include
special orders, non-stock items or custom packaged
items.
PACKAGING
All prices shown are based on
standard packaging. Special packaging, marking and
grouping is available; call for quote.
CREDIT CARD ORDERING
Home Energy Solutions, LLC., as a convenience to our
customers, accepts VISA, MasterCard or PayPal for phone
or internet orders.
TERMS
Net-30 terms are
available to businesses and are subject to the approval
of our credit department. Invoices remaining unpaid
beyond 30 days are considered past due and are subject
to a 1.5% service charge per month. All costs associated
with the collection of past due monies are the buyers
responsibility. In the event of litigation, the venue
will be Charleston, South Carolina.
C.O.D. SHIPMENTS
Upon request, we will ship C.O.D. For this payment
option, a money order or certified check must be
presented to the delivering party upon receipt. All
C.O.D. fees where applicable are the buyer’s
responsibility.

Claims for shipments short or damaged in transit
must be made directly with the delivering carrier at the
time of delivery and must be signed for as short or
damaged upon receipt. We cannot be responsible for goods
damaged or missing in transit, but will assist you with
a claim, if necessary. All products are F.O.B. shipping
point unless otherwise quoted.
RETURNED GOODS
Goods
may not be returned without prior written authorization
and routing instructions. Goods authorized for return
will be assigned an M.R.A. (Material Return
Authorization) number, which must be printed on each
package. No material held for over 45 days may be
returned. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed for
all stock items. All special and made-to-order products
are not returnable for credit. All applicable shipping
costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Credit or
replacement of goods deemed defective by Home Energy
Solutions, LLC. is limited to the purchase price of
goods being returned and excludes any and all costs
associated with labor, transportation, travel, etc.

All content, graphics, images, audio
and video clips on this site are subject to trademark,
copyright and/or other proprietary or intellectual

Energy Solutions, LLC may vary and are subject to change
without notice. Product suitability, energy, water and
dollar savings where provided are believed to be
accurate to the best of our knowledge. Actual savings,
product performance and product longevity may vary
depending upon user application and product
specification. The seller makes generalized, not finite
representations as to the product savings, life,
suitability, or use applicability. It is the buyers'
responsibility to quantify product suitability for
applications which require finite specifications unless
otherwise represented by the seller.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 6% is charged for goods sold or shipped
to Maryland. Prices listed on this site, our catalog or
otherwise quoted do not include sales or use tax. Such
tax, where applicable, are solely the buyer's
responsibility.
WARRANTY
All goods sold
under the Home Energy Solutions, LLC. brand are
guaranteed to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. OTHER
THAN THIS WARRANTY, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. THE
SELLER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY KIND,
IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. THE SELLER'S LIABILITY
AND BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO THE
REPLACEMENT OF NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS OR PAYMENT IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED AT THE OPTION OF
THE SELLER.
GOVERNING LAW
Jurisdiction and
applicable law governed by and interpreted according to
the internal laws of the State of Maryland without
regard to choice of law provisions. The parties consent
to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts of
Maryland and the effectiveness of Service of Process by
Certified United States Mail.
